Bonjour ! Je m'appelle Ricardo, j'ai 23 ans, je suis Belgo-Péruvien.

Je suis passionné d'arts martiaux et j'ai commencé les sports de combat très jeune, plus précisément à l'âge de 4 ans.

J'ai commencé par le karaté et le Kung fu, et très vite j'ai développé une envie d'être le plus complet possible. Mon père m'y a encouragé également !

C'est pour cela que j'ai également pratiqué le judo a l'âge de 6 ans dans le but d'y acquérir les bases, les projections et savoir réagir/ contrôler un adversaire au sol. Je me suis arrêté à la ceinture orange car le judo ne me passionnait pas vraiment.

Ensuite j'ai voulu perfectionner mes coups de pieds alors je me suis tout naturellement intéressé sérieusement au Taekwondo, et plus brièvement à la capoeira.

Les arts martiaux ça ne consiste pas uniquement à savoir se battre. Il s'agit réellement également d'un mode de vie...

J'ai commencé à assister mon maître à l'age de 13 ans. Je me suis ensuite chargé de préparer les enfants avant leurs compétitions quand j'avais 15 ans. J'ai ainsi développé une deuxième passion : celle d'enseigner et de transmettre mon savoir aux plus jeunes !
Aujourd'hui je suis spécialiste dans l'enseignement des arts martiaux pour enfants.

J'ai ensuite découvert le MMA. Ce sport m'a immédiatement intéressé car c'est pour moi le seul ou je peux mettre en application toutes les techniques que j'ai apprises venant des différents styles d'arts martiaux..

C'est lors de mon voyage au Pérou en 2014 que j'ai poussé la porte du "Pitbull Martial Arts Center". J'y ai rencontré certains des meilleurs combattants MMA péruviens et je me suis lié d'amitié avec eux.

Cela fait donc un peu plus de deux ans que je pratique le MMA. Je m’entraîne principalement à Bruxelles et à Lima quand j'ai la chance de pouvoir aller visiter ma famille.

Il très difficile de vivre de sa passion en Belgique et je pense qu'il est temps pour moi de faire le grand saut et de me concentrer à 100% sur mon rêve : Lancer ma carrière professionnelle et atteindre l'organisation la plus prestigieuse : l' UFC.

C'est pour cela que j'ai besoin de votre soutien, pour me permettre de réaliser un camps d'entrainement de deux mois au Pérou et de pouvoir bénéficier d'une préparation optimale.

Mon camp d'entrainement me coûterait :

- Stage Pérou (2 mois) : 1000€ (Frais médicaux, alimentation/compléments alimentaires, entraînements et cours privés)

- Frais de déplacement : 1000€ (Avion,Navettes etc)

Je veux seulement réaliser mes rêves et rendre hommage à ma mère partie trop vite, en devenant un grand champion !

Hello. My name is Ricardo, I am 23 years old and I am Belgian-Peruvian.

I am passionate about martial arts and I started training from a very young age, four years old to be precise.

I started learning karate first, then Kung Fu and very quickly I developed a desire to be as complete a fighter as possible and my father definitely encouraged me.

This is the reason why I decided to start doing judo at six years of age with the objective of learning the basics, projections and how to react and control my opponent when having him pinned down. I stopped pursuing judo when I was an orange belt because I realized it wasn't really my passion.

Then I wanted to perfect my kicks so naturally I became seriously interested in Taekwondo and briefly in capoeira.

Martial arts does not consist solely of knowing how to fight and they have never been just a hobby for me but rather a true way of life.

I started assisting my master at the age of thirteen and at fifteen, I began by preparing the children before their competitions. There I developed a second passion which is to teach and pass on my knowledge of the arts to the youth. Today I specialize in teaching martial arts to children.

Shortly after, I discovered MMA and this sport immediately caught my interest because I feel it's the only sport which allows me to apply all of the different martial art techniques and styles I have learned over the years.

It was during my trip to Peru in 2014 that I pushed open the door at "Pitbull Martial Arts Center" where I found some of the best Peruvian fighters, consequently became friends with them and began my career in MMA.

This means that I've been doing MMA for a little more than two years and I mainly train in Brussels although I train in Lima as well when I have the chance to go and visit my family there.

I had to stop my studies to work and help my family. It is very hard to make a good living by pursuing this passion in Belgium so I think it's time for me to take the plunge and focus 100% on my dream: start my professional career as an MMA fighter and fight at the most prestigious organization, the UFC.

This is why I need your support so that I am able to train for two months in Peru and can therefore benefit from the best preparation available.

-Internship in Peru (two months): 1000€ (includes medical expenses, food, dietary supplements and private training courses)

-Travel expenses: 1000€ (flight ticket, shuttles, etc)

I just want to make my dreams come true and make my mother proud that I have become a great champion.
